The existing kitchen, dining room, servery area, deli area and bar facilities were in need of a total refurbishment.
Cabbola were commissioned to design the back of house kitchen areas, front of house servery and bar areas to reflect today’s trends.
The project was to work with the main contractor as a supply and installation specialist for the catering equipment and specialist display equipment.
Timescale:
