This project was a full turnkey project .
The works comprised the Design and Build of the following elements:
- Strip out of old equipment
Fit-out of New food Court including:
- Beverage Service Counters
- New Deli Counters
- Hot and Cold Counters
- Grab & Go Counter
Timescale:
The allocated timescale for the project was an eight week shut down period. The project was successfully completed one week early and on budget.
Project Development:
Through a signing off procedure for the designs with the University and Operator, Cabbola were able to tender the various packages to sub-contractors and make tender evaluations to ensure value for money.
